The Coach - Mhorag
I'm a professionally qualified and fully insured STA Level 2 open water swimming coach and STA Open Water Safety rescuer.
A well-experienced open water swimmer over several years, having competed in many outdoor swimming events and swam in various locations.
I'm passionate about using my experience and coaching abilities to provide opportunities for people to improve their health and wellbeing, as well as develop their swim technique.

The venue is a lovely sheltered loch, with shallow edges. Local swimming pools are used during winter months for specific coaching.
Open water swimming is a fantastic sport, although it comes with its own risks. Be assured that your safety is my main priority.
